Statesboro...This Time We Mean It

Had our tour itinerary gone according to plan, this message about Statesboro, Georgia would have happened back in November. Thankfully our set had other plans for us. Otherwise we would have missed out on our free trip to New York during the election! But the price that we had to pay was to wedge in a performance in Statesboro later in the schedule. Since we were already in Georgia, they wedged it in after Athens.

What can I say about Statesboro? Well the campus of Georgia Southern University is huge. I ate lunch at Waffle House. After the show we swarmed and totally overwhelmed a Sonic. Mmm tater tots! Oh and the program was obviously the one they had printed for November just with a new cover. Oh well at least they recycled.

In terms of modern looking theaters, I actually kind of liked this one. If nothing else it matches my furniture. (All maple wood and grey!)

Statesboro felt as much as an uninspired and uninteresting one nighter as can imagine. Perhaps that is because we were looking at a weekend in Sarasota, Florida!
