Elmira. Like so many medium to small sized cities in New York, Elmira is not so intersting. Downtown Elmira does have some pretty cool buildings so I used my free time to take some pictures.

The courthouse is a series of building expansions. The complex is so long that you cannot really get one good picture of the whole thing.
This building is the police station!?
