The Camera Club Visits Charleston

Since we had some free time in Columbia, a group of musicians decided to take a day trip to Charleston, and I went along. Apparently Charleston is famous for two things: its history and the fact that it is a cruise ship port. Well I am not so excited about cruises, but I was hoping that there would be interesting historical things to photograph. As I was going through my pictures, they seemed to fall into three categories: natural, nautical, and architectural.

Natural

Nautical

Architectural

I have to say that ultimately I was slightly disappointed by Charleston. There were some interesting things to see, but nothing that was terribly exciting.
