The venue in Sarasota for touring shows is the Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall which was designed by an associate of Frank Lloyd Wright. I have posted my feelings about the Van Wezel before (and all of Frank Lloyd Wright's theatres in general) so I will merely say that you cannot judge a book by its purple, shell shaped cover.
