So out of the blue, Jeremy surprised us and announced that he had rented a car and asked if we wanted to take a camera club excursion to Garden of the Gods and Royal Gorge. Well naturally I did, and here is part one of the trip.
It was really bright that day, and I have yet to do well taking pictures in really bright sunlight. Many of these have be liberally Photoshopped.
I stayed on the sidewalk.
Pike's Peak was too far away to include in our adventure, but that did not stop it from taunting us!
Wait a minute, that rock isn't red.
