The first thing that everyone should do upon arriving in San Antonio is to visit the Alamo and ask where the basement is. It is what I did!
This is my second visit to the Alamo, and nothing has changed. It is still small. The people working there are so reverential about it they are annoying. And worst of all, the gift shop does not have "where is the basement" t-shirts!
